After approval of the project, typographical errors were discovered in the approving City Council Resolution. The error is only found in the City Council Resolution and the agenda bill. The exhibits and staff presentations all contain the correct information and the correct street signs have been installed on site. However, the City Council Resolution with the incorrect street references has been signed by the Mayor and City Clerk. Please find attached the original agenda bill packet and a replacement City Council Resolution. It is our desire to replace the original City Council Resolution with the corrected resolution in the Clerk's records. Since the information presented at the public hearing was correct, we do not feel that another public hearing is necessary. Hopefully, the errors in the original resolution can be deemed as typographical and the resolution can be replaced by a corrected resolution without further Council action. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Please feel free to contact myself (x4625) or Michael Grim (x4623) if you have any questions or require additional information.
