Subject: WOODBINE SUBDIVISION
Dear Mr. Alan:
Condition 11 of City Council Resolution No. 3301,
approving the subject subdivision, states that:
"The developer shall grant to the City of
Carlsbad fee title, for general public
purposes, the slope area adjacent to
El Camino Real, shown as lots 148, 149
and 150 on the Tentative Map. As part
of the development said slope shall be
landscaped and provided water service
in a manner acceptable to the Director
of Parks and Recreation."
The Parks and Recreation Director has notified me
that the landscaping of the slopes is not accept-
able. Therefore, this department will not approve
building permits for Phase III until condition 11
has been met to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Director.
