As part of the development said slope shall be landscaped and provided water service in a manner acceptable to the Director of Parks and Recreation." The Parks and Recreation Director has notified me that the landscaping of the slopes is not accept- able. Therefore, this department will not approve building permits for Phase III until condition 11 has been met to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Director.
