NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that an administrative amendment to Specific Plan 146 (A) has been
applied for to demolish an existing 14,000 square foot commercial building and construct
a 16,000 square foot audio/video retail store within the Carlsbad Plaza North shopping
center on property located near the southeast corner of El Camino Real and Haymar Drive,
and more particularly described as:
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 4838, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder on June 18, 1976, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 2075
Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this
notice. Issuance of this amendment is an administrative action requiring no further
noticing. If you have any questions, please call Mike Grim in the Planning Department at
