NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of
Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers. IZOOElm Avenu e,
Carlsbad, California, at 7:30 P.M., on Wednesday. July 28,1976, to consider applica-
tions for an amendment to SP-146 to allow a drive-thru restaurant in place of a
general commercial structure and related site plan modifications and a Condi-
tional Use Permit for a drive-thru restaurant, subject to Specific Plan Amendment
approval on property located in the northwest corner of the Carlsbad Shopping
Center, and as shown on the map below.
Those persons wish ing to speak on these proposals are cordially invited to attend
the public hearing. If you have any questions, please call 729-1181 and ask for the
Planning Department.
