NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers,
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 7:00 P.M., on Tuesday,
June 7, 1977, to consider an appeal of the decision of the Planning
Commission to deny an application for adoption of an Amendment to
Specific Plan (SP-146) to develop a community shopping center, and a
Conditional Use Permit to construct and operate a drive-through restaurant
on property generally located on the east side of El Camino Real between
Haymar and Marron Road, and more particularly described as:
Those portions of Lots 4 and 5 of Fractional
Section 32, Township 11 South, Range 4 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, according to Official
Plat thereof, being in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, as
recorded in Assessor's Book No. 167, Page 030,
Parcels 25 and 44 and as shown on the attached
map.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
will hold a Public Hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 13, 1977, to consider an application for
adoption of an Amendment to Specific Plan SP-146 to develop a community shopping center,
and a Conditional Use Permit to construct and operate a drive-through restaurant on
property generally located on the East Side of El Camino Real between Haymar and Marron
Road, and more particularly described as:
Those portions of Lots 4 and 5 of fractional section 32, Township 11 South,
Range 4 West, San Bernardino meridian, according to official plat thereof,
being in the City of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
as recorded in Assessor's Book No. 167, Page 030, Parcels 25 and 44 and as shown
on the attached map.
