Maybe there has been a mis- understanding, but this was the one area with which I was most concerned as you were aware, and 1 asked for clarification of the Council's position on that point at the City Council's meeting last Tuesday night. The resolution as now written would permit the elimination of either one of the two driveways, whereas I believe the Council, in specific response to my voiced concern, approved the motion in accordance with Dr. Packard's discussion and intent that the driveway to be eliminated could be either of the two driveways as determined by the developer/owner (in response to my suggestion that it be the southerly of the two northerly most driveways which could be eliminated if a problem arose.) continued- 363 San Miguel Drive, Newport Beach, California 92660 IP.
