NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hi.
Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad,
California, will hold a Public Hearing on
January 22, 1974, at 7:30 P.M., in the City
Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue
Carlsbad, California, to consider a request
for approval of a Specific Plan (SP-151)
submitted by LA COSTA LAND COMPANY by
Donald L. LaCava, to permit an increase of
the established height limit in the RD-M Zone
from 35 ft. to 88 ft. to allow me construction
of 102 condominium units on approximately
8.18 acres of land, said land generally
located on the south side of La Costa Avenue
between El Camino Real and Nueva Castillo
Way, and more particularly described as:
All of Lot 185, La Costa South Unit No. 1,
according to Map No. 6117 on file in the
Office of the County Recorder of Son Di»nrt
County, in the City of Corlsbad, County of
Son Diego, State of California.
Those persons wishing to speak on this
proposed Specific Plan are cordially invited to
attend the Public Hearing.
