NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of
the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City

Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, on Tuesday/ October 27,
1970 at 7:30 P.M., to consider an application submitted by
CONTINENTIAL SERVICE COMPANY, Applicant, and CARROLL KELLY,
Owner, in accordance with Ordinance No- 9060 of the City of
Carlsbad , .' for a Change of Zone from R-A-10,000 to C-2 (General-
Commercial) and a Specific Plan to permit the construction of
a temporary Bank of America Jbuilding and parking facilities,
on property located approximately 160 feet South of the South-
easterly Corner of El Camino and Haymar Drive, on the following
