NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of
Carlsbad, will hold a public hearing on July 9i 1974 at 7:30 in the Council
Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, CArlsbad, California, to consider a request
submitted by La Costa Pacific Development Corporation #11, for:
Specific Plan - 159
This request is torallow 48 condominium units located on the west side
of Velero Court (cul-de-sac), more particularly described as:
261 and 262 of Carlsbad Tract
V 72-20, La Costa Vale Unit #2 on file
) in the office of the County Recorder
( and further described on file in the
/ Carlsbad Planning Department.
All those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially
invited to attend the public hearing.
