NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of
Carlsbad, California, will hold a public hearing on September 24, 1974, at
7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, to consider a request
known as Case No. SP-160 (CT 74-13 not a public hearing) for a Specific
Plan and Tentative Map on property described as:
Parcel 2 - Those portions of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 26 and 27, and of
Canon Street is Hosp Eucalypti Forest Co.'s Tract No. 1, in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map
thereof No. 1136, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, June 8, 1908.
Parcel 3 - Those portions of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12 and 26 and of
