NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
will hold a public hearing on May 11, 1977, 7:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers,
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, to consider a Final Environmental Impact
Report for the development of 130 dwelling units on 43.9 acres of property generally
located north of Elm Avenue on both sides of the extension of Monroe Street.
Those persons wishing to speak on this item are cordially invited to attend
the public hearing. If you have any questions, please call 729-1181 and ask for
the Planning Department.
