PLANNING DEPARTMENT, STAFF FROM: PLANNING DIRECTOR SUBJECT: REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTAL OF NEH APPLICATIONS In an effort to alleviate some of the time spent by Staff in the processing procedure for new applications presented to the Planning Department, it is requested that the below requirements be presented to each individual/ developer, at the time of their pre-filing meeting with Staff. No application will be a'ccepted unless these items have been completed: 1. All of the 28 copies of the map presented to the Planning Department, must be individually folded to a size not to exceed 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches. The overall size of the sepia and' 28 copies of the map (before folded) should not exceed 24 inches by -' 36 inches. "-." " " . 2. For each proposal submitted, there must be a*colored up copy of the map to be used as an exhibit when being presented to the Planning Commission and/or City Council..
