NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad, California, will hold a public hearing on
October 8, 1974, in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue,
to consider an application submitted by BEACH COLONY (WILLIAM
L. ZONGKER), in accordance with the Carlsbad Municipal Code,for
a residential development numbered as Specific Plan 28 and Tenta-
tive Map CT 72-4 (not a public hearing) on property generally
situated on the west side of Carlsbad Blvd., south of Carlsbad
State Park and described as:
Being portions of Fractional Section 32, Section 33,
Township 12 south, Range 4 west, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, also being Parcel 8,
Book 216, Page 140 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego
County, more particularly described in application on file
in the Planning Department Office.
Those persons wishing to comment on the Specific Plan and
Tentative Map for this project are cordially invited to attend
the Public Hearing.
