Tuesday, February 25, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California to con-
sider a Specific Plan ($P-I66) of Title 21 of the MunicipalCode of the City of Carlsbad to:
Allow the construction :df 130 units as an ex-
tension of an already approved Specific Planconsisting of 218 units
on property located on the north side of Agua Hedionda
Lagoon between 1-5 and the Santa Fe Railroad Righ-of-Way,ana more particularly described as: .

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 25,
1975 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California to consider a Specific Plan (SP-166) of Title 21 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Carlsbad to:
Allow the construction of 130 units as an extension of an
already approved Specific Plan consisting of 218 units
on property located on the north side of Agua Hedionda Lagoon between
1-5 and the Santa Fe Railroad Right-of-Way, and more particularly described
as:
