RE: CENTER FOR NATURAL LAND MANAGEMENT ACCEPTANCE OF LANDSCAPING
AND IRRIGATION WITHIN CARLSBAD OAKS NORTH MANUFACTURED SLOPES
ADJACENT TO LOTS 22, 23 AND 24 WITHIN OPEN SPACE LOT 12
("MANUFACTURED SLOPES").
Dear Messrs. Tchang and Lynch:
This letter is to inform you that the Center for Natural Lands Management ("Center"), owner
of the open space lots within Carlsbad Oaks North, accepts the City of Carlsbad final
acceptance and release of the landscaping and irrigation of the MANUFACTURED
SLOPES. The Center understands that the MANUFACTURED SLOPE landscaping within
Carlsbad Oaks North open space lots 10 and 12 is part of the landscaping as shown on the
City of Carlsbad approved landscape plans labeled:
CARLSBAD OAKS NORTH PHASE 2, LOTS 13-27 LANDSCAPE
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS, DATED 11/26/07, DRAWING NO. 415-9N,
RW #2512 SHEETS 1-36.
The Center understands that final approval of the landscaping on the manufactured slopes
by the City of Carlsbad will be part of the overall approval process for the landscaping on
the above-mentioned plans.
