It is our opinion that the public and the community will be better served as a result of this change. 2. Is the property involved in the proposed reclassification more suitable for 'the purposes permitted in the proposed zone than for the purposes permitted in the present classificati5h? -Yes, 'our restaurant facilaty is primarily a family type establishment with the convenience of a cocktail lounge. As we have a banquet room for service -. clubs , civic groups this would not be permitted in the present zone. 3. W6u1d the uses permitt by the proposed zone be etrirnental in any way ..to surrounding propert ' - Np, in our opinion, our proposed dev1opment will greatly improve the area and be a credit to the community. .
