TO SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9211
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Carlsbad Planning Commission
will hold a Public Hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue,
to be held at a Regular Meeting, on Tuesday, June 25, 1974 at 7:30 P.M.
to consider an amendment to Specific Plan, amending Ordinance 9211 dated
July 5, 1972 submitted by HUNTS PARTNERSHIP, to reduce total area to
be developed, on property located on the easterly side of the A.T.& S.
F. Railroad right-of-way, westerly of Interstate 5 and southerly of
Chinquapin Avenue, described as follows:
All that portion of Tract 233 of Thum Lands,
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California., according to map thereof,
No. 1681, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, December 9, 1915;
also know as San Diego County Assessor's
Parcels 11, 12 and 13 of Book 206, Page 22;
and more particularly described in application
on file in .the Office of the City Clerk
