SUBJECT: REQUIREMENTS EOR SUBMITTAl. OF NEW APPLICATIONS
In an effort to alleviate some of the time spent by Staff in the
processing procedure for new applications presented to the Planning Department,
it is requested that the b.elow requirements be presented to each individual/
developer, at the time of their pre-filing meeting with Staff.
No application will be accepted unless these items have been .completed:
1. All of the 28 copies of the map presented to the
Planning Department, must be individually folded
to a size not to exceed 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches.
The overall size of the sepia and 28 copies of the
map (before folded) should not exceed 24 inches by

2. For each proposal submitted, there must be a*colored
up copy of the map to be used as an exhibit when being
presented to the Planning Commission and/or City Council..
These colored-up maps should be approximately 24" X 36" .'

each lot within 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject
property, the zone classification of each within 300 feet of the
exterior boundaries of the subject property, and each lot within
300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the subject property shall be
consecutively numbered to correspond with the property owners' list.
