SUBJECT: WINDSONG SHORES COASTAL PERMIT VALIDATION LETTER
Please review the following letter from Bill Ponder of the Coastal Commission to Regis
Homes, describing that the Coastal Development Permit for the Windsong Shores Project
is still valid. I believe this was the only issue raised in your review of the submitted
Construction Change. I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm this information
with Frank Jimeno and ensure that he inputs Engineering Department approval into the
computer system for this Construction Change this afternoon.
