Residential condominium project on 29.63 acres consisting of-3flT
units (see plan). . •
2. Describe the activity area, including distinguishing
natural and manmade characteristics; also provide precise
slope analysis when appropriate.
Project location presently exists as a rough graded site immediately
adjacent to existing residential and commercial developments. -No known
distinguishing man made characteristics exist on subject site. Reference
is made to-former E.I.R.- Tract 72-12 (see plan for existing topography
and Grading Modifications proposed.
Describe energy conservation measures incorporated into
the design and/or operation of the project.
We will meet today'.S'-stringent energy conservation measures as established
in the current building codes. Solar energy is also being considered.
