Subject: Approval of Sidewalk Sign Permit
Dear Nurit & Amnon Yaskil:
Thank you for submitting your application for a Sidewalk Sign Permit. Your application
has been approved subject to the attached conditions of approval.
The attached permit allows you to retain your sign for, 1) as long as the Housing and
Redevelopment Commission allows sidewalk signs to remain, 2) as long as the sign
continues to meet the standards outlined within the Carlsbad Village Master Plan and
Design Manual, and 3) as long as the sign is consistent with this permit approval. It is
important to note that the Housing and Redevelopment Commission v^U complete an
annual review of the sidewalk sign regulations to determine their continued applicability.

Subject: Application for Sidewalk Sign
Dear Nurit & Amnon Yaskil,
Thank you for submitting your application for a sidewalk sign. Prior to approving
your sign, the following information requested on the application must be submitted
to the Housing and Redevelopment Department:
A photograph of the Sidewalk Sign.
^2. A building elevation which indicates the location of, and size of, each
existing sign currently located on the building.
y/S. A site plan indicating the exact location for the sign.
4. A certificate of insurance naming the City of Carlsbad and the Carlsbad
Redevelopment Agency as additionally insured in the amount of $1
million.
Once the necessary information has been received, staff wiJI then approve your
