We are all developers in their review of projects. The city can access the property through the easement any time. There is already an easement on the property for the facility.The City is proposing to repair the facility and the damage caused by the facility to real property (private property) when the facility failed. I am awaiting communication from Planning that the request for 24 hour notice is acceptable.As I stated previously,I consider this a reasonable request.I will be happy to meet with the City Planner to further discuss this if that is necessary. There is already an easement on this property.All restrictions ae currently in place. I do not think his request for 24 hours written notice should be an issue since we need to access the site through his property and he does have a couple dogs.We have been coordinating all site visits with him with at least 24 hours' notice typically as much as we can give him. I am not sure about the Notice of Restriction comment he has below. I will be happy to sit down with you and the attorneys office to resolve these issues if we need to.
