Appl4'can/ BY Agent, Owner, Partner 0 40 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1680 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCTION OF THE FRONT YARD SETBACK TO TN FEET GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF GARFIELD STREET AND MAPLE AVENUE IN THE R-3 ZONE. APPLICANT: GROSSE CASE NO: V-305 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit: Lots 15, 16, & 17 in Block fDT! of Palisades in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, according to the Map Thereof No. 1747, filed in the Office of the County Recorder February 5, 1923 jhas been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 2Iof the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 13th day of 'August, 1980, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to V-305.
