Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200
Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, January 14,
1981, to consider approval of a variance to reduce sideyard setback from
5 feet to 1 foot on property generally located on east side of Fzmsevelt between Walnut and Chestnut and mre particularly described as:
mt 8 of Block 42 of Carlsbad according tr, Map No. 535.
