NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Cham-
bers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 1981, to consider approval of a lot split of which one lot is a panhandle and a variance to decrease the minimum width of the panhandle from 20 to 15 feet and to reduce a lot width from 60 to 46 feet on property generally located on the west side of Valley Street between Chestnut and Basswood
Avenues and more particularly described as:
A portion of Tract 244 of Thum Lands in the City of
Carlsbad according to Map No. 1681 filed December 9, 1916.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially
invited to attend the public hearing.
