NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
"ICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Connnission of the City of Carlsbad
will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 1981, to
consider approval of a Variance to reduce the required rear yard from 10
feet to 5 feet to acdate a roam addition on property generally located at 3639 Garfield Street on the west side of Garfield St between Juniper
Avenue and Cherry Avenue and more particularly described as:
The northeasterly 73 feet of Lot B, Block 2 of Palisades Heights, according to map thereof No. 1777, filed in the office of the County Remrder, January 11, 1924.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. Planning Department at 438-5591.
