will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 1982, to con- sider approval of a Variance to allow tandem parking on property generally located on the west side of Marina Drive and mre particularly described
as:
Lots 69 and 70 of Shelter Cove, of that tract described in Map 5162 recorded April 23, 1963.
