NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO P.N., on Tuesday, March 16, 1982, to consider an appeal of a Planning Commission decision to deny an applica-
tion for a variance to allow tandem parking on property generally located on the west side of Marina Drive .and more particularly described as:
