Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m:on Wednesday, March 10, 1982, to consider approval of a Variance to reduce the required front and sideyard setbacks and to permit tandem parking on property generally located on the west side of Wean Street, north of Pacific Avenue and mre particularly
