Will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chanhrs, 1200 Elm Avenue,
Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. an Wednesday, March 10, 1982, to
consider approval of a variance to allw a freeway-oriented sign exceeding
the maxh height restrictions on property generally located on the north
side of ELm Avenue between Interstate 5 Freeway and Hardirq Street and more particularly described as:
A portion of Tract 117 of Carlsbad Lands, Map Fb. 1661
