Hagaman, City Planning Director Gentlemen: Reference: Carl sbad Financial Center Parcel Split Our district has reviewed the proposed parcel split which would create two lots from one lot generally located on the north side of Oak Street just west of Highland Drive, as referenced above, and has evaluated the impact of that project on the facilities of this district.
