will hold a pilblic hearing at the City Council Chan-bers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, July 14, 1982, to consider approval of il site development plan and variance to construct two tilt-up buildings with a cclPnbined area of 68,222 square feet on prcperty generally located on the northwest corner of Palmar Airport Road and Avenida Encinas
and mre particularly described as:
A portion of Lot "H" of Rancho Agua Hedionda according to
Map 023 filed Novar 16, 1896.
