Dear Charlie:
Pursuant to our conversation today, I am enclosing here- with a color chip representing the finish color of our proposed monument sign. Center" will be reversed out in white.

This rust/burgundy color was chosen to compliment the
bricks of the sales pavilion, directly across from the sign,
and, as you can see from the site plan, the landscaping
around the sign has been carefully designed to enhance this
effect. We feel this will be a very attractive sign at the main entrance to the park and look forward to receiving the City's approval on design, color and location.
Additionally, please find enclosed a copy of the Government Revenue and Employment Analysis we had done in 1980 for your meeting on the Signal project tonight.
