IKYFICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Canmission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chmbers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 1982, to
consider approval of a variance to reduce the street sideyard setback fran 10’ to 1 1/2’ by construction of a three-story recreation/storage roan on property generally located at the northwest corner of Isle Drive and Hillside Drive an3 more particularly described as:
