WICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 1983, to
consider approval of a variance to allow two above grade decks to be built to the rear property line on property generally located at 7506 Jerez
Court, La Costa and mre particularly described as:
Lot 367 of La Costa South, Unit No. 5, according to Map 6600 filed March 10, 1970.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to
attend the public hearing.
