NOTICE OF WBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GITJEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, Mar& 9, 1983, to consider approval of a planned developnent consisting of 192 single family units ard 392 attached condominium units. Also, a variance request to reduce the required front yard setback 'on several of the units on praperty generally located at the existing east end of Poinsettia Lane, immediately north of the Spinnaker Hills Development and mre particularly described as: A portion of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section 28, Tier 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bemardino Base and Meridian.
