Re: Rory K. Rohan 4555 Cove Drive Condominium Conversion Dear Mr. Howe: We support Mr Rohans request for a parking modification to allow eight (8) off street parking spaces. The existing building contains two 3-bedroom units and one 2-bedroom unit with four (4) parking spaces. With all units occupied tenants must use 10' front setback area, in front of garage doors, for parking, many times projecting over sidewalk. Proposed project will have one 3-bedroom unit and two 2-bedroom units, with six (6) full size parking spaces and two (2) mid size spaces in tandem. Parking at this site will be greatly improved by approval of Mr. Rohans application. Cordially n
