These time limits can only be extended by the mctual concurrence of the applicant and the City. By accepting applications for Tentative Maps concurrently with applications For other approvals which are prerequisites to the map; i.e., Eiivironmental Assessment, Environmental Impact neport , Condominium Plan, Planned Unit Development, etc., the fifty (50) day time limits and the thirty (30) day time limits are often exceeded.
