APPEAL OF PLANNING COMMISSION DENIAL OF VARIANCE V-348
On October 18, 1983 the City Council denied your appeal. This means that no human occupancy of your storage shed will be permitted.
You admitted last night at the Council meeting that your tenants are living there. You are ordered to terminate their occupancy
immediately. An inspector will inspect the premises on November 1,
to determine if you have complied with this letter. will be made thereafter to confirm that you continue to comply.
Periodic inspections
On November 1, the inspector will also inspect the patio cover you
built without permits or inspections. It is possible the patio cover can be made to comply with existing codes, and we will inform you of the results of that inspection.
