hold a public hearing at the City Council Chmnbers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 1983, to consider zpproval of variance to permit Parcel Map With one 216 foot long panhandle in order to Serve rear lot without disturbing historical landnark on property generally located at
1448 Forest Avenue and mre particularly described as:
Portion of Cedar Hills adition to the Town of Carlsbad in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to the Map thereof No. 532, filed in
the County Recorder of San Diego County, April 25, 1888.
