Costa Real Municipal Water District
Mr. Chairman and Members of the Planning Commission:
Thank you for this opportunity to comment upon the proposed development
project and the Water District has the following comments and recommen-
dations with respect to public water service for the proposed development:
1. Pursuant to the water service agreement of 1983, the Water District
will provide public water service to this entire development.
2. The proposed condominium development will be required to conform to
the rules and regulations for pub1 i c water service to condomi ni um-type
developments. More specifically, there will be a requirement for
individual services and water meters to each of the separate dwelling
units.
3. The development will be responsible for all of the financial obligations
with respect to the construction of public water system facilities,
installation of water meters, all of the expenses of the District in
processing the development, and payment of the Major Facilities Charge
that is applicable at the time the building permit is issued for the
speci fi c permanent uses.
In the event there are any questions or comments with respect to public
water service for the proposed subdivision, we would be pleased to respond.
