NOTICE IS HEmY GNEN that the Planning Cdssion of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 1984, to mnsider approval of a
variance frm the Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of a six foot high wall within the front yard setback on property generally located on the north side of Ocean Avenue between Mountain View Drive and Pacific Avenue and mre particularly described as:
All that portion of Lot 2 and Portion of Lot 3 in Section 1, -hip
12 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian acmrding to
official plat map filed in the County of San Diego.
