NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Cdssion of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 1986, to consider approval of
a variance to build 10 carports in a sideyard setback on property generally located at 240 Chinquapin, Carlsbad and more particularly described as:
Southwest 60 feet of Lot 1, Block "S" of Palisades, Unit #2, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, Map 1803, filed August 25, 1924.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend
the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Planning
Department at 438-5591.
If you dallenge the Variance in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or
prior to the public hearing.
