RE: V-374 ATLANTIC RICHFIELD
This letter is in regards to the above mentioned application. As you are aware, this project has been on file with the City for quite awhile. It has been several months since you have made any attempt to process this application. As proposed this project does not comply with applicable planning or engineering standards. A letter explaining this was sent to Mr. Kalinak on October 29, 1986. This letter gave him the option of withdrawing
the application, redesigning to conform with City standards or going forward with a recommendation for denial. Since we have not heard from your office this item has been scheduled for the February 18, 1967 Planning Commission meeting with a recommendation of denial without prejudice. Denial without prejudice will allow you to reapply without complying with the mandatory one year waiting period between the submittal of similar applications on the same property.
The Planning Commission meets at 6:OO p.m. at the Carlsbad Safety and Service Center, 2560 Orion Way in Carlsbad.
