Our District has reviewed the proposed development of two condominium units located at 2677 and 2679 Ocean Street and has evaluated the impact of that project on the facilities of this District.
The Governing Board wishes to advise the city officials and residents of Carlsbad that, as residential units are added to the community, it is likely that many classes in the District
will become crowded, resulting in possible impairment to the educational and transportational services offered to the stu- dents. be changed, resulting in an increase in the year-round program, or double-sessions, or both.
