NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 1986, to consider approval of
a conditional use permit for a threeroan bed and breakfast inn and a variance
to allow parking in the frontyard setback on property located at 320 Walnut
Street in the beach area and more particularly described as:
Northeasterly 60 feet of the southwesterly 120 feet of Tract 219 of
Thum Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to Map No. 16181.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend
the public hearing.
