Enclosed is a copy of the proposed "As Built" changes to the approved
grading plans for H. Von Packard, PE 2.87.27. Please refer to
correspondence dated November 2, 1988 from Lance Schulte, a former City
of Carlsbad planner, to Adam Birnbaum, formerly of your Agency. The
applicant has requested the release of his bonds and securities. The grading
is not in conformance with the approved plans.
Before we act on his request we would like to amass all the information
possible on the project. Currently we cannot locate any response to Lance
Schulte's letter in our files. We would appreciate your input with respect to
this matter. Unfortunately, a planner has not been reassigned to this project
since Lance's departure. Until that occurs, please forward all correspondence
to me. Thank you for your help and I look forward to your response.
