The additional soils reports supplied by Southern California Soil and
Testing have been reviewed. Their statements and calculations indicating
that the 1.5:l cut and fill slopes 'I... possess an adequate factor of
safety ..." appear to be sufficient for me to approve the 1.5:l slopes
addressed.
Your grading plan will not be signed, however, until the Planning
Department s the Hillside Ordinance issue. If you have any
