Dear Mr. Packard,
In response our conversation on Thursday, November 9, 1989, I have enclosed an application for amendment to the above referenced coastal development permit. I have spoken with Mike Boraks from the City of Carlsbad and he indicated that
an amendment to the Hillside Development Permit (HDP) would also be necessary
to resolve the above referenced violation. You indicated that there are
significant differences between the plans originally approved by the
Commission and those approved by the City of Carlsbad.
