NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City
of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers,
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday,
December 16, 1987, to consider approval of a variance from access
requirements of the R-1 zone for a lot east of Park Drive, south
of Calavo Court, and west of proposed Sunnyhill Drive within
Local Facilities Management Plan Zone 1 and more particularly
described as:
Parcel B of Parcel Map 12243 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County July 16, 1982.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially
invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions,
please call the Planning Department at 438-1161.
If you challenge the variance in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice or in written
correspondence delivered ta the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
